Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 10, 2026

Provider: LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC ("we," "us," or "our")

Product: Romeo (the "App" or "Software")

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Romeo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of the Software

Romeo is a desktop application that provides a chat interface, scheduled job management, and related productivity tools.

Romeo depends on third-party software and services not owned or operated by LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC, including:

  • Hermes (a third-party runtime dependency that you install and run locally);
  • AI provider services you configure (for example, Anthropic);
  • update/distribution infrastructure (for example, Cloudflare and GitHub).

LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC does not operate, host, or control those third-party systems.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Romeo for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

(a) copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App, except where restrictions are unenforceable by applicable law;

(b) resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the App without prior written consent from LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC;

(c) use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.

4. Third-Party Dependencies, Accounts, and Credentials

You are solely responsible for obtaining, configuring, and maintaining access to Hermes, any AI provider accounts, and any required credentials.

You are also solely responsible for:

(a) any fees, usage charges, or rate limits imposed by third-party providers;

(b) compliance with third-party terms, privacy policies, and acceptable-use requirements;

(c) your own operational decisions and outcomes when using Hermes and AI outputs.

5. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE ABOVE, LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, OR USE OF HERMES OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES.

LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including software, design, branding, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC.

9. Termination

LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. On termination, you must stop using the App and delete copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

LH CREATIVE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date. Continued use of Romeo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
